Parties Who Use and Need Information or Accounting Reports

1. Internal Party

Internal party is the party that is in the organization structure. Management is the party most in need of proper reporting and accurate to make good decisions and correct. Examples of managers who saw the financial position of companies to decided whether to buy the building for a new branch office or not.

2. External Parties

a. Investor

Investor require financial information to determine whether the                   company will invest or not. If the predictions of investor will give good profit, then investor will deposit the capital into the firm and vice versa.

b. Shareholders/Owners of Companies

The Owners of the shares of companies which have a firm financial information companies need to know the extent of progress or setback suffered by the company. Shareholders will benefit from the dividends that will be even greater if the company a fortune.

c. Government

The amount of taxes to be paid by the company or organization to the government a large part based on information on the company’s financial statements.

d. Creditors

If the company is being pressured and in need of fresh capital the company may borrow money on such creditor to borrow money in the bank, owes the goods on supplier. lenders will provide funds if the company gas good financial condition and will not have a great potential for loss.

e. Other Parties

In fact there are many other parties from outside companies who might be using the report/accounting information if an organization such as employees, unions, auditors of public accountants, police, students, journalists, and many other.
